Priorities

Rural life is defined by distance.
Distance to work. Distance to healthcare.

Distance to opportunity.
And too often, that distance comes with a penalty.

I believe:

  • Work should support a family here, not force people to leave.

  • Rural communities deserve power, not pity.

  • Government should reduce the rural distance penalty and make everyday life affordable and possible.

Everything I support is grounded in the real cost of living in Franklin County and the belief that people shouldn’t have to move away to live well.

Rural Distance Is Expensive — and It Shouldn’t Be

    • Potentially the Pennsylvania Constitution

  • Our children should understand and protect their constitutional birthright.

  • Encourage clean, sustainable energy projects throughout Franklin County

Community & Connection
  • Support programs that reduce isolation, build social connection, and encourage volunteerism

  • Invest in organizations that help residents in need and strengthen community resilience

History & Heritage
  • Preserve and research Franklin County’s rich history

My Core Principles

My core principles are shaped by rural life in Franklin County and a simple belief: government should work for the people who live here, not make life harder or more expensive. These principles guide every position I take and every policy I support. They are rooted in fairness, accountability, and a deep respect for the rights and dignity of every resident.

Rule of Law

I support the enforcement of:

  • The U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and all Amendments

  • The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

These protections apply to all people in Franklin County, regardless of race, gender, religion, or any other classification. I believe in the spirit of the Declaration of Independence—that every person is endowed with the inalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Defending Pennsylvania’s Authority

I will defend the citizens and government of Pennsylvania against unconstitutional federal mandates and executive overreach, including executive impoundment of congressionally approved funds owed to the Commonwealth.

Fiscal Responsibility

Except in true emergencies, government should live within its means, spending no more than projected tax and fee revenue.

Efficient, Smaller Government

Government should stay out of people’s bedrooms, businesses, and private lives where it isn’t needed—while remaining fully capable of caring for residents who need assistance.

Healthcare

Healthcare should be a right, not a privilege. Until that goal is fully realized, I support:

  • Reducing healthcare costs

  • Limiting the outsized control of for-profit insurance companies that restrict access and effectively practice medicine without a license

Campaign Finance Reform

I support changing Pennsylvania corporate law to ban corporate contributions to state and local political campaigns.
